Product Design & Development Leader | Soft Goods, Hard Goods & Technical Products
I'm a product design and development leader who enjoys solving problems, gathering insights, aligning stakeholders, and working collaboratively to bring great products to market. With 15+ years of experience, I've worked across bags, accessories, footwear, apparel, and hard goods, staying hands-on throughout the process, from strategy and product line maps to concepts and manufacturing.
My most recent work has focused on outdoor and performance products, including leading design and development at BlackStrap across mountain and snow gear. Earlier, I helped grow Hydro Flask's soft goods business 5×, launched Incase's Crosstown collection and expanded A.R.C. in under a year, and developed products for fashion brands including Kate Spade and Rebecca Minkoff at Incipio.
I work directly with mills, factories, and distributors across the U.S. and Asia, supporting material development, product engineering, and manufacturing execution. I also use field research to understand how people use products in different markets, connecting those insights to materials, construction, and the details that bring design intent through to the finished product.
